The staff was really helpful. They had great suggestions about taxis vs busses. The 2 free internet computers were in the lobby were really handy. The breakfast was really good, with excellent brazilian cakes, pastries and juices. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned with good TV reception.
shower didn't drain completely. pool is small (didn't plan on using), they were expanding so there was some construction.

We stayed only one night, because our morning flight flew out of Foz do Iguacu (as opposed to Puerto Iguazú). However, the experience was so good, I decided to post a review. Value-wise you can't do better! Charming, cordial and helpful owner and staff, who speak good English (hard to find in Brazil). Nice rooms with TV and AC, small swimming pool, good breakfast. The hotel offers a wide range of tours as well as fast, reliable and free internet terminals. Considering facilities and level of service for that price......unbeatable!!
If anything, that Brazil, in general, in more expensive than Argentina (stayed on both sides of the waterfalls), but this hotel is spotless and worth every penny!!!

The hotel was very inexpensive. The staff spoke English. The homemade breads and sweets at breakfast were good, but there wasn't enough meat and protein.
We had ants in the bathroom. The hotel driver forgot to pick us up from the Brazil falls. (They have flat fee rides to and from the falls.) He was supposed to pick us up at 3:00. He finally showed up at 4:00 because he had to pick up another couple.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the internet access from the guest lounge was useful.
The room we were allocated was tiny and not suitable for a couple on a 3 night stay. It certianly was not a "Double Suite". We requested a room change and even though there were vacancies during the weekend these alternative rooms were not offered to us.

I was in contact with Marcio Ramirez (manager) prior to my stay and he helped me organize some trips (I was only there for 1.5 days) and transport to and from the airport. I arrived very late on friday night from the airport and I was greeted and given my room very quickly so I could go to bed. Marcio even woke me for my trip in the morning incase I slept in. Room was quite basic but clean which suited me - esp. For the very reasonable price. They also have a small swimming pool which I did not get the chance to use as I was so busy with trips! The breakfast (included in price) is also fantastic. Overall the service is outstanding. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing, cosy & non-corporate atmosphere.

it was amazing, very high standart, better than many 3-stars- hotels in europe; very friendly stuff, modern and clean rooms, very good breakfast and I can definitily recommand the pizza mozarella :-), as good as in Milano; I am really wondering how they can keep this standart for this prize; recommand this hotel for 2 nights: leave your bagage there and take the bus (2,5 BRL) to the entrance of the brazilian side of the national park, it's just 20 minutes by bus; then you can ask the hotel stuff to arrange transport to the argentinian side next day, it costs a little bit more than going by public transport but it's worth it, no stress at the boarder and it takes just 30-40 minutes; I liked the argentinian side better because you have a lot of ways to go, much more possibilities and close contact to the wild life. This hotel is situateted between the center of Foz and the brasilian entrance, in combination with the transport to argentinian side it's the perfect base to explore the national park and go out in the city at night. Stuff speaks english.

Very competent staff, hostel is close to bus that goes to airport and national park, supermarket in 5 min walking range.
They charge 5 real for the use of a very limited kitchen; that is very unusual for any kind of "backpacker/hostel".

Great cooking facilities and pool. Good location for the airport but not for the center of town. Easy access to falls as buses go straight past.

The landlady speaks good English, all trips to Falls (brazilian and argentinian side) were profesionally organized by the hotel staff for the reasonable price. Nice hotel patio to stay in the evening.
We have visited Iguacu Falls. Terrific experience.
